Dalian Field Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd(Hereinafter called FD)is a specialized company for designing, manufacturing and selling with after sales service for large-size complete machines.
FD was built in 1998; it has been a high technology enterprise from the early time. There are 200 employees in FD,  and about 80 engineers and technicians. At present, its annual sales income is about 200 million yuan.
FD is a Dalian new and high technology enterprise; an export- intend company in Dalian; Dalian top 100 private enterprises on integrated strength; Liaoning technology innovation & development enterprise; a member of China Cold Roll-Forming Section Association; a member of Asia-Pacific Council of International Steel Pipe Association.
FD has built a factory with a trial running base of 30,000 m2 contains and 23,000m2 structure in Dalian Bay Industrial Area. The trial running line reaches 270m in length; the large-scale complete machine has ability of 10,000 tpy. FD is one of the machinery maker for manufacturing API pipe mill and large-scale pipe mill as well as one of the biggest assembling and trial running base here, which broke the situation that large caliber pipes only could rely on import abroad in the past time.
The steel sheet deep-processing equipment are FD’s main productions, such as high frequency (HF) electrical resistance welded (ERW) pipe mill, slitters, cut-to-length machines, cold rolled forming section machines, steel plate galvanizing equipment and steel plate color coating machines, etc.
FD owns 24 items of patent, in which CFS square & rectangular flexible cage forming pipe mill, CFSR flexible double cage forming pipe mill, 6-pipe hydrostatic tester and so on have all filled in the blanks both here and abroad.
By its own develop and design, especially FD has the patent in manufacturing ultra-large caliber ERW pipe mill, the know-how and engineering process all reach the advanced stage in the world. The products of FD were exported Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East and many regions in China market, and therefore gain good reputations.
